They began their careers in in the early 1970s, starting in the retail segment of the jewelry business and expanding their skills with one of the world's largest jewelry manufacturers and distributors. Both hold Graduate Gemologist diplomas from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), the recognized global authority on diamonds, colored gemstones, and pearls.
Joe's experience includes custom design, repairs, and opening a successful Lafayette jewelry store in 1975. He was then recruited by Stuller Settings in 1988 to develop the company's diamond and gemstone business, and led an aggressive 19-year effort that resulted in a global program and a position as one of De Beers exclusive worldwide sight holders. Joe's extensive knowledge of diamonds and gemstones assures you exceptional quality and value.
Sam can usually be found in Artisan's extensive jewelry studio. Since it's right off the sales floor, you can easily watch him working on custom designs and jewelry repairs. Training at the Louisiana Technical College in Natchitoches in watch making and jewelry in 1970, Sam established his own trade shop, doing custom design and repairs for many of Lafayette's finest jewelry stores. He joined Stuller Settings in 1986 and managed over 500 skilled workers in the manufacturing of finished jewelry and components. His technical skills and ability mean you can always be sure that your jewelry is in the most capable hands.
